Counters
Each homepage load records a pageview, and the open tab sends a heartbeat every 30 seconds. These use a random anonymous id stored in your browser. They power the “online” and “visitors” cards only. No accounts, no names, no tracking across other sites.
What you submit
When you buy a zone we store the product name, website URL, logo image, optional one-liner, the amount, and the payment reference id.
Payments
Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay. OwnCity never sees or stores your full card or bank details.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Approved product name, logo, link, and one-liner are published on the map — that is the point of the service.
